Whether you’re new to Dry January or a seasoned veteran, the act of not drinking is just the beginning of the process. Dry January, coupled with the start of the new year, is a time for self reflection, noticing what works for you and what doesn’t, and deciding how you want to usher in the new year. Like any time of change, it’s also a time to be gentle with yourself and to call in support when needed.
To that end AFTER Magazine is proud to present this weekly Loving Meditation series hosted by Chris Rzigalinski. Chris gives us an opportunity to be in the moment, to be kind to ourselves and to set ourselves up for success in the new year.
Join us on this journey Monday nights January 9, 16, 23 and 30. 7 PM EST
This class is donation based. A portion of proceeds will be donated to non-profit recovery organizations.
Classes will be live-streamed via the AFTER Website. Upon registration, all attendees will receive a free instant download with an audio meditation from Chris to get started right away over the holiday season and beyond.
We look forward to having you join us on this journey
Happy Holidays and New Year!
