Mocktail Club Manhattan Berry

A strong, savory nose of apple cider vinegar, herbs and spices. Some found it bordering on too sweet, but it is balanced by a bit of spice. Light bubbles add good texture. Lemony sourness and notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger with a peppery taste at the end (one panelist detected white pepper). Some recommended adding more citrus and serving over ice.
