Sarah Olsen is the founder of the sobriety mentoring and support organization Put It Down Lifestyle. She is passionate about helping women realize the power within themselves—focusing on mind body and soul. Sarah holds a Life Coaching Certificate from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology and is a licensed Reiki Practitioner (Levels I, II, & Reiki Master Teacher).
