Free Spirits The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso

Notes of anise, florals (including rose), spice (including cinnamon and clove), caramel, bubble gum, orange, and smoke. Mixed with sparkling water, we noted a complex, spicy character with clove, cayenne pepper, and spicy cinnamon candy. We also enjoyed a hint of cherry and a lingering spice finish. Would make an excellent mixology building block.
