Our new alcohol-free beverage guide provides an in-depth look into the vast—and rapidly growing—world of nonalcoholic beverages! Each product is tasted by a panel of mixologists,  beverage industry insiders, and passionate lay-people led by food and drinks writer and former restaurant critic, Cara Strickland.

Tasting methodology

Everyone’s palate is different, so our tasters describe what each beverage tastes like (or doesn’t taste like)—instead of making black-and-white judgments—so that you can make an informed decision before buying. 

Our panels

Our AF Guide team leader, Cara Strickland, has been running AF tastings panels in the Pacific Northwest region for several years. Each panel consists of at least four tasters to offer a rounded assessment and variety of opinions for each beverage.
