One of the fastest ways to broaden your horizons and shift your perspective is to travel outside your community. Leaving home lets you see the world in a new light and allows you to meet different people and gain fresh experiences. Travel has been shown to build new neuropathways and increase neuroplasticity1 and creativity.2 While any kind of travel is beneficial for opening your mind, this summer we’re pairing travel with helping others—the most surefire way we know to add purpose, and wellbeing to your life. We’ve rounded up a list of organizations that offer opportunities to see the world and help others while doing it!* Try one and let us know about it in the comments!
