Notes of sweet cherry and red berries, with a lingering botanical bitterness on the finish.

A deep yellow hue without an immediately recognizable scent. Slightly sweet when sipped neat. Mixing with tonic adds a lot of depth and exposes a light piney taste that lingers on the tongue and the back of the throat.

Intensely tart and acidic with almost a pickle nose. We thought this would be an interesting ingredient to experiment with in cocktails. Complex and strongly sour, which appealed to our panel members who are fans of shrubs/drinking vinegars. Recommended to mix with tonic and pair with substantial appetizers like cheese and crackers.

A surprising nose with notes of coffee. Made with fermented maple syrup it's somewhat reminiscent of a shrub, with a slightly savory character. Hints of dark chocolate flavor mingling as well. Our panel enjoyed it as a mixer.

Vinegar forward with a smokey nose; leathery, possibly with a hint of tobacco. We found this digestif to be very complex with a bracing acidity. We enjoyed sipping it neat as well as mixed with tonic or ginger beer.  An interesting addition to your NA bar.

A botanical, herby nose with a subtly floral, sweet (but not too sweet) flavor. A long finish and light viscosity. Clean and refreshing, plant forward with depth. Would be lovely in a White Linen cocktail.

Vegetal on the nose with initial strong spice. We tasted sweetness first, followed by the ginger, which lingered. Reminded us of a ginger beer when added to club soda or tonic.

A complex aperitif. Floral-forward and herbaceous with an almost perfumy finish.

A unanimous panel favorite. Strong pineapple nose and rich pineapple flavor. With tonic, it drinks like a sophisticated pineapple soda. Would be great in a pina colada.
