We’d happily sip on this panel favorite any time, alone or mixed into a favorite cocktail.
Wander & Found Sparkling Cuvée Blanc

Wander & Found Sparkling Cuvée Blanc
We immediately noticed a strong, happy bubbling sound, which our panel enjoyed. A dry sparkling wine aroma with a fresh cut grass and vinegar nose. We found the flavor light and crisp, off-dry with a tiny pop of sweetness, pear notes, and a lingering finish. Despite the initial sound, the bubbles were fairly subtle.

There is so much to love about Jukes. The one-ounce bottles make it easy to bring anywhere, and the flavors are innovative and interesting. If you don’t feel like mixing, you can also get these in premixed cans.
Jukes 6 The Red

Jukes 6 The Red
Apple cider vinegar, raspberry, cherry, jammy nose. Balanced and smooth. Fruity, sweet flavor, but not overly so. There were notes of sour-sweet cherry, vanilla, marshmallow, tea, raisin, and black currant. Note: Most of the panel preferred to add less water than suggested. Don’t be afraid to experiment!

Jukes 8 The Rosé
Aromas of apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and plum. Jammy with strawberry, rhubarb, raspberry, honeydew flavors, a hint of watermelon rind and a cucumber finish. Some thought it had a hard cider vibe. Balanced and just-the-right-side of sweet. Note: Most of the panel preferred to add less water than suggested. Don’t be afraid to experiment!

Jukes 1 The White
Apple cider vinegar, cherry, and something savory-adjacent on the nose. We tasted mellow tropical fruit that finishes with a light citrus and cucumber cooling finish, reminding us of a particularly complex shrub. Note: Most of the panel preferred to add less water than suggested. Don’t be afraid to experiment!

I thought I’d never love a beverage the way I love Figlia’s flagship flavor: Fiore, but then we found this variety. Complex but summery and easy to drink.
Figlia Sole Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo

Figlia Sole Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo
Multi-layered depth with herby, black licorice, floral, and woody on the nose and a variety of flavors including mandarin orange, basil, grapefruit bitterness, tea, and wood, with a little bit of heat. We found the texture to be slippery and sweet, transitioning to a slight astringency and mellowness. In general, the panel preferred this with sparkling water or over ice.

Beckett's '27 Amaretto

Beckett's '27 Amaretto
A panel favorite. The sweet and pleasing scent reminded us of maraschino cherry, almond, or pistachio ice cream. Flavor notes of cococut, almond. The panel felt this was an excellent 1:1 replacement for alcoholic amaretto.

We’ve found Mixly’s flavors to be consistently enjoyable, very flavorful and not at all artificial.
Mixly Bitter Orange Cherry Spritz

Mixly Bitter Orange Cherry Spritz
A panel favorite. Cinnamon and apricot on the nose. Notes of coconut, orchard fruits, brown sugar, grapefruit peel, and orange. We found this balanced, with distinct beginning, middle and finish flavor points, including a pleasant lingering flavor and astringency at the end.

All The Bitter Fig and Black Walnut Bitters

All The Bitter Fig and Black Walnut Bitters
Panel favorite. The scent reminded us of baking spices and Christmas flavors. We got flavor notes of clove and spices we couldn’t identify, an astringent texture we thought was likely from the walnut, and a dried fig finish. When we added simple syrup to soda, it had almost a root beer characteristic. We thought this would be great in hot apple cider, eggnog, a root beer float, an Old Fashioned cocktail, or drizzled on ice cream.

Mingle is a trailblazer in the nonalcoholic scene. Look for more flavors in future updates.
Mingle Cucumber Melon Mojito

Mingle Cucumber Melon Mojito
Scents of watermelon gum and candy on the nose. A little bit tropical, with piña colada vibes and some astringency and a pleasant, lingering mint finish. Some thought it initially tasted slightly artificial. Overall, a subtle flavor that reminded us of a slightly more flavorful sparkling water.

Mingle Blood Orange Elderflower Mimosa
A sweet, floral scent with notes of orange blossom, orange juice, and guava.. Light bubbles. We found this flavorful with notes of cotton candy. The panel felt the addition of sharp citrus would balance out the sweetness.

Parch Desert Margarita

Parch Desert Margarita
Scents of grapefruit, and sweet pineapple. Flavor notes included tea, lime and grapefruit. It was tart, not too sweet, a bit earthy and gave a sense of saltiness (one panelist thought it tasted like it has electrolytes). We thought the abundant, fine bubbles added great texture.

Curious Elixirs Curious No. 8 Nonalcoholic Black and Blue Amaro

Curious Elixirs Curious No. 8 Nonalcoholic Black and Blue Amaro
We found this to be prune sweet at the beginning, savory in the middle, and currant bitter at the end with a lingering finish. Notes of menthol and apple cider vinegar throughout, and strong flavor with a peppery heat. The texture was full and rich. Try over ice or as a mixology ingredient.
