Beckett's '27 Amaretto

A panel favorite. The sweet and pleasing scent reminded us of maraschino cherry, almond, or pistachio ice cream. Flavor notes of cococut, almond. The panel felt this was an excellent 1:1 replacement for alcoholic amaretto.

Studio Null 2023 Prickly Red

Overall a standout, mid-weight red with approachable flavors and enough heft to stand up to food. After decanting to open it up, we got a pronounced wine nose with components of yeast and dark fruits. Some panelists found it pleasantly tannic with a lingering finish. Others felt that it wasn't as bold as they would have liked.
