A panel favorite. A strong, complex grapefruit nose, followed by flavors of grapefruit peel, pith, and fruit. We found that tonic highlighted the flavor and lingering bitterness. A stellar example of a carefully constructed non-alcoholic liqueur based around a single ingredient.
