A panel favorite. Scents of strawberry, caramel, jam, and a hint of smoke. A balanced acidity, and a tang when it first hits the tongue. We found it off-dry despite fruity flavors of raspberry, strawberry, peach, apricot, and unripe nectarine. We found it to have a lingering finish.

For Bitter For Worse The Saskatoon

Black pepper on the nose with a tannic quality from the Douglas fir. A very subtle burn at the back of the throat and tongue. Notes of berry juice although not terribly tart. Overall, a savory drink. We recommend a slight splash of tonic.
