Long, lingering, lightly sweet peach flavor that didn’t taste artificial. Moderate bubbles. Some felt the notes were more unripe peach or nectarine. Could be considered sour beer adjacent.
Strong bubbles with a significant lingering tartness. Tasters got notes of apples, pears and fruit skins. Some found the flavor didn’t linger though the tart effervescence did.
A panel favorite that reminded us of holiday trips to Germany. Fairly sweet, as expected, but complex, with all the spices you expect from mulled wine. Our panel appreciated the
Off-dry with a definitive peach flavor. Lighter in body than you might expect of a Chardonnay.

An oaky characteristic that our panel found unexpected in a Sauvignon Blanc. The structure was a little less complex than we would have liked.
A pronounced lime nose when first opened mellowed into a fruity wine, with some hints of apricot. Perfect for a summer day. Semi-dry.
