A very herbal nose mixed with dark berries. First impressions include floral vanilla. Slight bitterness on the finish. Slightly carbonated, seemingly to add texture.

Orange bitters are a staple at bars everywhere. This one is a little spicy and slightly sour. Our panel found it delicious.

A complex aperitif. Floral-forward and herbaceous with an almost perfumy finish.

A spin on classic Angostura bitters, our tasters found this to be a smooth alcohol-free alternative that hits all the right notes. Delicious on its own in soda and perfect for mixing.

Starting with smoke on the nose, honey and smoke flavors blend with a spicy and warming sensation and a long, lingering lightly bitter finish. This oak-aged version of ATB's New Orleans bitter has more vanilla notes when compared with the un-aged version's bright flavors like cherry and hibiscus. We enjoyed it in cocktails and in sparkling water/tonic.

Forest, pine, tropical fruit (pineapple, guava), fruity bubble gum, on the nose and something that reminded us of Christmas flavors. Complex with tropical and candy notes. Many found it puckery, but not overly sour, and the texture was full, smooth, and slippery, making the mouth water.

A strong, and universally liked, scent of cantaloupe, mint, lime zest, melon, pleasant fresh cut grass, white pepper, herbs, and pear. The flavors included lingering citrus pith bitterness, peppery heat, kumquat, cardamon and clove. We described the straight texture as slippery, with some weight. When mixed with sparkling water as directed, the bubbles seemed to mitigate the intensity of the bitterness and peppery flavors.
