Scents of pear and honey. When mixed with soda water, as directed, we got lingering lime flavors coupled with smooth richness from honey. We found this easy-drinking, juicy, and refreshing.

A definitive jalapeño nose with other vegetal elements. Crisp and fresh flavors stood up well to mixing. Would be great in any kind of margarita.

The panel found this cold-steeped sachet to be espresso-forward with caramel notes. A scent of coffee, dark toast, and a bit of earthiness. Some noted the bitterness and sweetness were well balanced, while others found it a tad sweet. Given the brew method, the strength of flavor is impressive. We thought this would be an excellent addition to an NA White Russian.

A panel favorite. Sweet cherry, caramel, and hard candy on the nose. While there was no discernible maple flavor, we found this fruity and rich, tart, flavorful, and satisfyingly sharp. We enjoyed it mixed with tonic and thought this would be great sipped on its own like a port, or excellent in sparkling water for less sweetness. Overall, a nicely elevated version of grenadine.

A panel favorite. Flavorful and smoky with a definite maple note. We added Free Spirits Bourbon as per the instructions which added a slight burn and lightened up the texture. We felt some orange bitters or a twist would be a nice addition and that this might be nice in warm beverages as well. 

Starting with smoke on the nose, honey and smoke flavors blend with a spicy and warming sensation and a long, lingering lightly bitter finish. This oak-aged version of ATB's New Orleans bitter has more vanilla notes when compared with the un-aged version's bright flavors like cherry and hibiscus. We enjoyed it in cocktails and in sparkling water/tonic.

An herby, lemon aroma on the nose was exactly what we hoped for. Balanced in flavor and acidity. A zesty, almost tannic element added to the experience. Recommended in a lemonade or a hot toddy.

Perfect tiki bitters with all the tropical notes you would want. Subtly sweet.

A take on orange bitters, with almost a tea flavor. Our panel imagined this in a summer cocktail like a margarita.
