Brigitta Dau

Brigitta’s passion is combining personal growth with creative expression. A serial crafter since childhood and author of the book Crafting a Better Life, Brigitta teaches crafting workshops in local art shops in Southern California as well as to larger groups such as the attendees at Sober in the City, Tampa. As a reiki master and certified Pilates instructor, Brigitta offers one-on-one coaching and reiki sessions as well as virtual and group classes combining her coaching, Pilates, and reiki services. Brigitta lives in Los Angeles with her husband and naughty pooch, Stanley.

Sovi 2023 The Wild Child Sparkling Orange Wine

An appealing aroma with notes of fruit cocktail and pineapple, this wine was very dry with pleasant, moderate carbonation. Balanced tartness and acidity coupled with a good mouthfeel and a brief finish. A unique—and welcome—extra dry sparkling option. We appreciated the uniqueness of an "orange wine" where grape skins are left to impart a bit of their color during the winemaking process.
