SAYSO Espresso Martini

The panel found this cold-steeped sachet to be espresso-forward with caramel notes. A scent of coffee, dark toast, and a bit of earthiness. Some noted the bitterness and sweetness were well balanced, while others found it a tad sweet. Given the brew method, the strength of flavor is impressive. We thought this would be an excellent addition to an NA White Russian.
