LP O’Brien is an Afro-Boricua trailblazer redefining the future of the global drinks industry. As an award-winning mixologist, beverage strategist, and winner of the inaugural season of Netflix’s Drink Masters, she is known for her ability to merge creativity, culture, and operational excellence at the highest levels of hospitality. As Global Creative Director of Bars for F1 Arcade, LP is building a world-class beverage program focused on showmanship and customer experience. Through her consultancy, LP Drinks, she partners with brands, venues, and fellow creatives to design elevated cocktail menus, training programs, and brand activations, blending cutting-edge technique with deep story telling, particularly the untold stories of beverage culture from Black, Brown, and diasporic perspectives. As a proud sober leader, LP approaches her work through a lens of wellness, inclusivity and mindful drinking. She speaks frequently on leadership, brand authenticity, and sustainability.
