A chocolate nose with savory barley notes and a rich texture. Malty and not too sweet. Some felt the carbonation was heavier than expected for a dark beer.

A unanimous panel favorite. Gingery nose with moderate bubbles. Balanced sweet and sour create a refreshing experience with srong grapefruit notes.

Attractive light purple color. Some noted a lavender nose, while others got candy shop. The panel enjoyed this cocktail but felt that it didn’t have enough lime flavor to suggest a margarita. We found it similar to a lavender spritz or even cream soda.
