An aperitif featuring Goodvines’ Riesling with Rubycube red wine vinegar paired with elderflower and herbs. Buttery, slightly sweet, almond notes. Our panel enjoyed it neat and over ice with citrus.
A panel favorite that reminded us of holiday trips to Germany. Fairly sweet, as expected, but complex, with all the spices you expect from mulled wine. Our panel appreciated the
Acidic and dry with notes of strawberry flavor. Nicely complex.
Unexpectedly sweet with notes of chocolate and cherry.
A German mulled wine favorite, our panel found it delightful and festive. Spiced, but not overwhelmingly so. Traditionally served warm, we also enjoyed it at room temperature.
Tart with lots of acid. This Riesling is just this side of dry with high carbonation.
A panel favorite. Tart with a honeydew characteristic. Very similar to a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
