Unanimous panel favorite. Both spicy (heat) and spice-forward with lots of complexity. Earthy, cocoa powder notes. We tried it in a Oaxaca Old Fashioned, which gave us pumpkin vibes. This is not recommended alone with tonic/soda, but we felt would be great in coffee or hot chocolate, along with cocktail mixing.
