We got smoke on the nose. Honey and smoke flavors blended with a spicy and warming sensation and a long, lingering lightly bitter finish. In flavor, the oak aged version is closer to a vanilla flavor, while the un-aged version is heavier on bright flavors like cherry and hibiscus. Recommended for cocktails, or in sparkling water/tonic.
