Melanto Terrace Red

Notes of red berries, woodiness, and dark chocolate on the nose, with a rich and distinctive red wine character. Dry with a prominent oak presence and an astringent finish. On the palate, rich and somewhat buttery notes give way to a sour, almost puckery sensation. The panel was divided on complexity — some found it layered, others more straightforward.
