Scents of lemongrass, anise, basil as well as earthy forest scents of fir and juniper. We mixed with tonic as recommended and tasted citrus alongside the complex mixture of earthy, foresty flavors, plus a lingering herbaceous quality and a hint of heat at the end. The majority of the panel saw this as a complex and welcome building block for mixology.
