Mocktail Club Capri Spritz

A panel favorite. Tropical scent with sweet, fruity notes. An almost jammy profile of strawberry, raspberry, apple with notes of cinnamon and apple cider vinegar. An equally complex, satisfying, and rounded flavor balances the sweetness with a shrub-like sourness. Very light carbonation and a lingering finish. Some panelists would serve over ice, others prefered it well-chilled and straight up.
