Long, lingering, lightly sweet peach flavor that didn’t taste artificial to the panel. Moderate bubbles. Some felt the notes were more unripe peach or nectarine. Could be considered sour beer adjacent.

A striking ruby color, which our panel liked. Upon first sniff, we got a generally juicy smell with notes of patchouli, rose, herbs, pine, baking spices, honey, and grapefruit. Flavors include honey, cherry with something like a cola or a sweet root, and a hint of cinnamon and rose at the finish. Dry and balanced with an initially astringent texture that lingered in the finish along with the citrus flavors.
