Panel Favorite. We noted a hint of effervescence with tart, juicy, melon, and peach notes. It started slightly sweet but then mellowed out to a tart finish. We found the acidity balanced and the finish mouthwatering and lingering. We did note that it didn’t taste the way we’d expect a chardonnay to taste, but that didn’t interfere with our enjoyment.
