Zero-Proof Spirits|

NA Gins / Botanical Spirits

Optimist Botanicals Bright

Ginger, lemon, clove, and lemongrass on the nose, with a slight floral sweetness. Mixed with tonic as suggested, we tasted clove and orange oil with additional spice complexity and a slight lingering bitterness. Some panelists were reminded of a sophisticated sherbet. Would be equally nice with tonic, in a hot apple cider, or added to a variety of NA cocktails.
