Description

Unanimous panel favorite. Cloudy liquid. Slight anise, root beer nose, almost medicinal.The panel noted balanced flavors include citrus (especially lightly bitter grapefruit), wintergreen, and anise. Substantial texture coats the tongue and gives a pleasant heaviness in the mouth, with a cooling sensation. With tonic, the root beer flavor was less prominent.
