Giffard Grapefruit Non-Alcoholic Liqueur

A panel favorite. A strong, complex grapefruit nose, followed by flavors of grapefruit peel, pith, and fruit. We found that tonic highlighted the flavor and lingering bitterness. A stellar example

Giffard Elderflower Non-Alcoholic Liqueur

A botanical, herby nose with a subtly floral, sweet (but not too sweet) flavor. A long finish and light viscosity. Clean and refreshing, plant forward with depth. Would be lovely

Beckett’s ’27 Spirits and Liqueurs Coffee Liqueur

A strong coffee nose with vanilla and caramel and a lingering flavor reminiscent of sweetened black coffee, Hints of butterscotch (which some of the panel would have enjoyed being stronger).

Lyre’s Orange Sec

Our panel found this triple sec subtle and thin, like an orange blossom essence. It worked in a margarita adding slightly more than the recipe called for.

DhŌs Orange

A lovely triple sec replacement. Syrupy consistency and a nice sweetness. Mixes perfectly in margaritas.

Giffard Pineapple Non-Alcoholic Liqueur

A unanimous panel favorite. Strong pineapple nose and rich pineapple flavor. With tonic, it drinks like a sophisticated pineapple soda. Would be great in a pina colada.

Giffard Ginger Non-Alcoholic Liqueur

Vegetal on the nose with initial strong spice. We tasted sweetness first, followed by the ginger, which lingered. Reminded us of a ginger beer when added to club soda or
