A panel favorite. Dry, but not overly so, with lots of character and complexity. Some very light sweetness in the middle with a dry finish. Classic brut characteristics.
A panel favorite. Banana notes on the nose quickly dissipate. Semi-dry with gentle bubbles and lots of red fruit.
An oaky characteristic that our panel found unexpected in a Sauvignon Blanc. The structure was a little less complex than we would have liked.
