A nice burn with lingering heat and all the notes and palate of a classic tequila. Our panel thought it was excellent in a margarita.
Herby, almost minty with almost no juniper notes. Most of the panelists felt it didn’t taste like gin.
Smoky character akin to a blended Scotch, especially at the finish. Very light aroma. True to traditional whiskey flavors.
