Abstinence Cape Floral

A lovely, slightly sweet spiced tropical character, with notes of pineapple and coconut. We liked it straight over ice or with tonic and a pineapple garnish.

Ritual Rum Alternative

An almost chocolate nose with a nice light burn and a spiciness. We found it pleasing with both tonic, for a neutral taste, and also with ginger beer.

Seedlip Spice 94

A lovely spice nose and notes of clove hold up nicely with tonic. There is almost a tannic texture which we attributed to the distilled barks.

A unique dark spirit that isn’t trying to be anything but itself. Made in Scotland from locally sourced ingredients, we found notes of black tea and herbs. Suggested pairings include
