Ritual Aperitif Alternative

A panel favorite. A complex blend of rose, cherry, cinnamon, herbs, tree sap, and general spiciness on the nose. We tasted it both alone and then mixed into a negroni according to the instructions on the bottle which seemed to pump the flavors up. We noted a strong bitter finish, with complex flavors of grapefruit peel, pepper, herbs, flowers with leaves and stems attached, and something almost like wood fire.
