Strawberry candy nose, almost butterscotch. We found this balanced and mouth-watering with richness. Light effervescence gives it texture. We found it to be “grown up fruity” we wanted to compare it to a sparkling moscato, but we found it more tart and complex from the lingering vinegar. There is a summery, shrub vibe.
