Strong notes of pear and slightly sweet with lots of acid. Mild bubbles. Note: we found variation within releases with some being very dry with more bubbles. Mixed well with
A clean and crisp flavor with notes of bright pear. Semi-dry with a balance of bright and sour. Our panel enjoyed the bubble quality.
Reminiscent of a sparkling Moscato, our panel found this sec to be a good choice for mixing.
A panel favorite. Dry, but not overly so, with lots of character and complexity. Some very light sweetness in the middle with a dry finish. Classic brut characteristics.
A tart beginning that mellows quickly in the mouth. Fairly dry but maintains stone fruit flavors that bring out some sweetness. A pleasantly tart finish.
Almost spicy in the middle with a richness in the mouth. It’s very slightly sweet, but still dry. Our panel agreed they would not have known this was nonalcoholic.
Pleasant with an almost tea-like character. Our panel would have liked a big more depth and acidity.
Great flavor. A perfect sparkling wine for summer with a nice flavor base enhanced even further (but not masked) by bubbles. Ranged from off-dry to dry the longer we sipped.
Very tart, but dry. Our panel found it to be a pleasant sparkling rosé.
