Long, lingering, lightly sweet peach flavor that didn’t taste artificial. Moderate bubbles. Some felt the notes were more unripe peach or nectarine. Could be considered sour beer adjacent.
Strong bubbles with a significant lingering tartness. Tasters got notes of apples, pears and fruit skins. Some found the flavor didn’t linger though the tart effervescence did.
Great flavor. A perfect sparkling wine for summer with a nice flavor base enhanced even further (but not masked) by bubbles. Ranged from off-dry to dry the longer we sipped.
A great aroma and plentiful bubbles. Dry and light with a subtle fruity undertone and less bitterness than alcoholic sparkling wine. Some found it to have a slightly sour finish,
A panel favorite. Banana notes on the nose quickly dissipate. Semi-dry with gentle bubbles and lots of red fruit.
Tart and bright with a beautiful apricot nose. Some panel members loved the stone fruit notes while others found it a bit sweet.
A panel favorite. Slightly sweet (but not overly so) with a fruity character that you’d expect from an alcoholic sparkling rosé.
Tart and sweet. Our panel likened it to a Starburst. Not a classic rosé, but we enjoyed it.
Very tart, but dry. Our panel found it to be a pleasant sparkling rosé.
Tart with lots of acid. This Riesling is just this side of dry with high carbonation.
