A strong coffee nose with vanilla and caramel and a lingering flavor reminiscent of sweetened black coffee, Hints of butterscotch (which some of the panel would have enjoyed being stronger).

Pentire Coastal Spritz

A panel favorite. Notes of orange and spice with a pleasant bitterness and astringency and a full mouthfeel. A spritz that our panel felt is not limited to summer months.

Lyre’s Orange Sec

Our panel found this triple sec subtle and thin, like an orange blossom essence. It worked in a margarita adding slightly more than the recipe called for.
