Our panel detected a rose nose before sipping. Bright, tart, and pleasing.
Jøyus Cabernet Sauvignon
Very tart on first impression, almost like a SweeTART. Developed a floral nose and mellowed out after opening up. Smooth and light-bodied without a lot of tannin.
Jøyus Sparkling Wine
A tart beginning that mellows quickly in the mouth. Fairly dry but maintains stone fruit flavors that bring out some sweetness. A pleasantly tart finish.
Jøyus Sparkling Rosé
Tart and bright with a beautiful apricot nose. Some panel members loved the stone fruit notes while others found it a bit sweet.
