For Bitter For Worse Eva’s Spritz
A definitively herbal nose with a buttery feel and nice roundness. Our panel found this to have a pleasant amount of bubbles and not overly tart.

Black pepper on the nose with a tannic quality from the Douglas fir. A very subtle burn at the back of the throat and tongue. Notes of berry juice although
Smoke and sweetness on the nose, almost like barbecue sauce. Very round, almost fatty in character. Some bubbles balance it a bit, but it still has a tangy barbecue sauce
Herbal and fruity on the nose. Easy to drink. Bubbles complement the tartness nicely like a more-flavorful berry soda with herbal notes.
Very raspberry forward with a nice sparkle. We didn’t detect chamomile or verjuice, just a slight salinity.
A nice freshness and notes of spiced pear, clove, and star anise. The bubbles seem to slightly mute the flavor and our panel almost preferred it after some fizz escaped.
Yuzu nose, slightly bitter with a round salinity. Bubbles help balance the flavor. Orange and yuzu on the palate with only a whisper of cinnamon.
Nice spice and a pineapple-forward flavor. The burn accumulates as you go. Some of our panel found it to be the all-year sipper while some found it slightly too sweet.
A spicy nose with very light bubbles and a hint of heat. Our first impressions were earthy, almost vegetal (from the mushrooms). Herbal-strawberry flavor. Slight carbonation adds texture.
A basil citrus nose with a pleasantly tart middle and a lingering sweetness, like the end of a Lemonhead. Slightly carbonated, seemingly to add texture.
