An astringent first impression opened up nicely into a totally dry rosé with a mineral characteristic and a strawberry finish.
Semi-dry with a cotton candy characteristic.
Our panel detected a rose nose before sipping. Bright, tart, and pleasing.
Acidic and dry with notes of strawberry flavor. Nicely complex.
Very tart, but dry. Our panel found it to be a pleasant sparkling rosé.
Tart and sweet. Our panel likened it to a Starburst. Not a classic rosé, but we enjoyed it.

Tart and bright with a beautiful apricot nose. Some panel members loved the stone fruit notes while others found it a bit sweet.
